Is Nivaacare available in my city?
We are starting in a few cities and adding more. Download the app and enter your address: it tells you straight away if we can visit you.
Can I trust the person who comes to my home?
Every professional is checked for identity and qualification before they get visits. You also get their name and photo in the app, and a start code that only you can share.
How much does a visit cost?
You see one price, with everything included, before you book. There are no extra charges added after the visit.
Is Nivaacare for emergencies?
No. Nivaacare is for planned care at home. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Is there an iPhone app?
The Android app is ready to download. The iPhone app is on the way. Until it is out, you can use the Android app or ask a family member with an Android phone to book for you.
